Franchise Business Consultant (FBC)

The Franchise Business Consultant provides consultation services and support to assigned franchisees, focusing on five critical outcomes: customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management growth, and staff development.

You Will

  • Prepare and complete one-on-one visitations in franchise offices and conduct virtual training sessions
  • Customer Service: Actively and consistently support franchisees as an industry leader in customer service
  • Revenue Growth: Access franchise operations to provide advice and targeted training on revenue growth
  • Profitability: Assist franchises with reviewing financial key performance metrics to enable profitability
  • Management Development: Provide consultation regarding improving owners' skill sets in management
  • Staff Development: Ensure each franchise utilizes available resources to properly train staff
  • Keep the Regional Director of Operations informed and provide weekly production updates
  • Document franchise consultation activities within Salesforce
  • Remain current on new technology as it relates to cleaning and restoration best practices
  • Conduct regular meetings to provide system updates and instructional training
  • Assist with onboarding and development of franchise owners, inclusive of resales and new sales
  • Adapt to franchise needs based on assessment and provide prescriptive training and resources
  • Answer general business operation and development questions
  • Maximize revenues and document individual plans to improve each franchise
  • Help franchise owners by engaging in inter-office collaboration and mentorship
  • Utilize effective time management and operate with integrity

You Have

  • English language fluency required
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Must have the passion to serve franchisees through consultative skills
  • Ability to present and speak professionally to large groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A thorough understanding of the SERVPRO Operating System and Stages of Development
  • Understanding of financial statements, QuickBooks Online, and general business practices
  • Professional positive attitude for franchisees, team members, and colleagues
  • Proven competence in areas of leadership and academics
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and engage in special projects

Education

  • College degree or appropriate work experience, which may include prior business ownership or consulting experience
  • Ability to complete IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications
